Series 600
A complete line of subminiature, coaxial, high voltage connectors. The Series 600 is rated at 5 kVDC for reduced atmospheric pressure operation over the temperature range of -55° thru 125°C. Various adapters are available on special order.
Series 600 SL
The 600 SL Series receptacles are rated for use only at Sea Level (up to 10,000 ft) atmospheric pressures, but they can be used at double the operating voltage (10 kVDC) of the 600 Series. The 600 SL Series receptacles mate with all 600 Series plugs and cable assemblies.
Series 610
The 610 Series has a larger coupling nut and threads than the 600 Series and is recommended for airborne applications or any application where numerous mating operations are required. 600 and 610 Series connectors are not interchangeable and can therefore be used for polarization to prevent cross mating in multiple circuit applications.
Series 600 and 610 cable assemblies effect an altitude seal through the use of internal seals. This design feature allows the mated assemblies to operate at altitudes up to 70,000 ft with no encapsulation within a temperature range of -55° to 125°C.
Series 610 SL
Similar to the 600 SL Series, the 610 SL Series receptacles are rated for use only at Sea Level (up to 10,000 ft) atmospheric pressures, but they can be used at double the operating voltage (10 kVDC) of the 610 Series. The 610 SL Series receptacles mate with all 610 Series plugs and cable assemblies.
Series 600 SQ "Space Qualified"
Series 600 SQ "Space Qualified" connectors are designed to operate over a long period of time in the hard vacuum of space. The operating voltage is 5 kVDC at a minimum vacuum of 10 millitorr to deep space.
Series 600 SQ connectors and cable assemblies are not interchangeable with Series 600 connectors or cable assemblies and should not be used in any application other than one with a minimum vacuum of 10 millitorr or in deep space.

NOTE: While plugs (kits) are available for customer-fabricated cable assemblies, Teledyne Reynolds highly recommends purchasing cable assemblies because of difficulties customers may experience in assembly and testing. Panel connectors require encapsulation at the junction of the terminal and the insulator.
These high reliability (HI-REL) assemblies, which are intermateable with various LGH™ interfaces, are rated from 10 to 25 kVDC and will operate at altitudes up to 70,000 ft. over a temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. In comparison to the C Series, this series has improved temperature range exposure at altitude operation due to incorporation of annular sealing rings on the plug insulator.
HI-REL plugs are offered in kit form when customers find it necessary to fabricate cable assemblies. Customers should use silicone rubber or silicone coated FEP cable of a diameter matching the rear insulator hole. Fluorosilicone rubber insulators are available for applications where Coolanol® or other fluids that cause silicone rubber to swell may exist.
Plastic bodies are used in the HI-REL plug design to captivate the coupling nut and prevent tearing of silicone insulators from overtorque during mating.
This family of connectors have been widely used for more than 25 years in Military/Aerospace applications. Typical applications are:
The Ruggedized PeeWee Series is an upgrade to the original and trusted PeeWee product family. This new product line offers increased durability, a higher voltage rating for certain applications, and improved abrasion resistance over the legacy product line. The Ruggedized PeeWee Series is a family of subminiature, high voltage connectors for use in harsh environment applications where dense electronic packaging is required. The Ruggedized PeeWee Series retains use of the original and proven Advanced Interface Sealing SystemTM and is compatible with the original PeeWee Series.
By using the new Ruggedized PeeWee connectors, the system designer can be assured of easy mating and unmating to allow for modularity or as a means to pre-test individual modules as they are being manufactured, as well as providing the ability to replace modules or perform routine maintenance in the field, when necessary.

In 1997, Reynolds Industries, Inc. acquired the RLA series and other connector product lines from Rowe Industries, Inc. The RLA series has been renamed C series.
C series high voltage lead assemblies and receptacles are widely used in CRT displays, ECM equipment, power supplies, Radar and almost any application where high voltage components need to be interconnected. The plug end is molded onto a desired length of silicone cable and can be ordered single-ended, double-ended or with shielding.
The 500, 531, 531 SL, 521 and 521 SL Series of high voltage connectors and cable assemblies are designed to minimize the risk of electrical shock to personnel through the use of recessed contacts. Both the receptacle and plug connectors have recessed contacts positioned to stand-off the rated voltage of each respective series in an unmated condition at sea level.
In addition to the recessed contact, the connectors also feature a spring finger body design which assures a reliable ground circuit prior to engagement of the center contact; further reducing the risk of electrical shock.
Operating Temperature Range
-40° to 85°C
Series 500
The 500 Series offers polarization by having two plug and receptacle designs with each pair having either a flush or recessed contact. For example, the plug designed with a flush contact will only mate with the receptacle with a recessed contact.

PeeWee Series
The PeeWee Series is a family of subminiature, high voltage connectors for use in high voltage applications where dense electronic packaging is required. The PeeWee connector uses a unique method of sealing high voltage at reduced atmospheric pressure, which allows the connector to be rated at 12 kVDC at 70,000 ft with an operating temperature range of -55° to 125°C.
MODULARIZATION
By using PeeWee connectors, it is possible to package or re-package a high voltage power supply into multiple modules which can be easily and reliably mated and un-mated with one another. This packaging technique permits the pre-testing of individual modules as they are being manufactured and enables the ability to replace modules or perform routine maintenance in the field when necessary.

Century+ Series employs a slightly larger interface seal than the PeeWee Series and and is rated at 18 KVDC.
While the catalog products are single pin, this series has been widely used in multi-pin special applications for Laser Gyroscopes, Laser Range Finders and TWT interconnections in ECM and Radar high voltage power supplies. Shielded cable assemblies are available.
Century+ provides both plastic and high alumina ceramic receptacles. Cable assemblies use Ready-to-Bond FEP cable.
Maxxum is a series of single pin, shielded connectors and cable assemblies rated at 25 KVDC. These connectors are robust in their construction, using stainless steel for the threaded coupling nut and body. This series is ideally suited for use as a high power TWT collector interconnect.
Maxxum series connectors are used in applications where a tightly shielded assembly is required. The cable assemblies use FEP cable with a double braid crimped directly to the stainless steel body of the connector.
Both plastic and high alumina ceramic receptacles are available depending on the users hermeticity requirements. EM1 and safety shielding from the cable assembly to the receptacle mounting surface is a feature of both the plastic and ceramic receptacles.
Maxxum connectors and cable assemblies will operate at their rated voltage at 70,000 feet altitude and over a temperature excursion of -55 to +125 °C.
